I've never blogged before so any hints and tips welcome :-)
I suppose I need to buy myself a copy of 'Blogging for Dummies' or somesuch.
Philantha means 'lover of flowers' so I've posted an appropriate photo taken by my elder daughter.
I hope this blog will become an encouragement to all who visit. On the other hand, I may find, like a friend of mine who started a blog, that I 'have absolutely nothing to say'...now that *would* be a new experience!
